How do I contest a chargeback/dispute?

Step 1: Buyer submits a dispute with a transaction number to Omoney.

Step 2: Seller notifies Omoney to contest the dispute, and Omoney will request for the required documents for the type of dispute raised by the buyer. These must be submitted within 10 working days from the day of the dispute being filed. 

Our customer service team will investigate and work with you to come to a resolution.

Step 3: Omoney will find a resolution within 14 working days of receiving the filed dispute.
